Her Approach to Therapy
Dr. Borrero-Ojeda believes that true healing happens when a therapist balances professional expertise with genuine empathy. - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help reframe unhelpful thought patterns.
- Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) to gently guide youth and adults through healing from difficult or distressing experiences.
- Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) to strengthen relationships and communication.
- Solution-Focused Therapy to build practical, everyday coping tools for immediate relief.
