Dr. Victoria Frehe-Torres

Dr. Victoria Frehe-Torres is the owner of Gravity Psychology and a Florida Licensed Psychologist who works with teens, adults, couples, and families. With advanced training from the University of Kansas and Florida State University Medical School, she brings deep expertise in health and behavioral psychology, positive psychology, and evidence-based care. Her approach is eclectic, drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused strategies, Positive Psychology, and Family Systems, always tailored to each client’s unique needs. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Dr. Frehe-Torres creates a compassionate and supportive space where clients feel understood and empowered. Outside of her work, she enjoys life in Southwest Florida with her husband and two boys.

Dr. Joyce D. Pallens

Dr. Joyce D. Pallens is a licensed psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidence-based approaches for anxiety, depression, OCD, and social anxiety. She brings a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. Dr. Pallens also has specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy and utilizes ACT and other evidence-based interventions to support lasting change. Experienced in primary care, community hospitals, and private practice, she works with teens, young adults, and adults, including women navigating fertility and perinatal mood challenges. Based in Tennessee, Dr. Pallens offers both in-person and telehealth services, including to clients in Florida, and is PSYPACT-authorized to serve clients in eligible states.

Dr. Frances Duverge

Dr. Duverge is a bilingual clinical psychologist with expertise in neuropsychological and psychoeducational assessments, individual and family counseling, and working with children, teens, and young adults. She has broad experience in academic counseling centers, pediatric behavioral health, hospital settings, and integrated primary care, and is skilled in addressing cultural factors that impact mental health and wellness. Dr. Duverge specializes in evaluations for ADHD, Autism, learning disorders, giftedness, bariatric surgery, and immigration-related needs, while also supporting clients with mood, behavior, and chronic health conditions. Known for her compassionate and thorough approach, she advocates for underserved populations and creates supportive spaces for growth. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her children in beautiful Southwest Florida.

Dr. Dana DeDonato

Dana DeDonato is a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges, including illness, loss, and major transitions. With a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and extensive experience in medical social work, she provides compassionate, trauma-informed, and strengths-based care tailored to each client’s needs. Dana works with young adults, adults, couples, and families on issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, self-esteem, and life transitions, fostering collaborative and empowering therapeutic experiences. A published author and sought-after speaker, Dana combines professional expertise with genuine care, creating a safe space where clients feel understood and supported. She lives in Southwest Florida with her husband and three sons.

Dr. Robin Fatovic McDermott

Dr. Robin Fatovic McDermott is a Florida Licensed Psychologist who provides comprehensive and individualized care. She modeled her training after her desire to provide holistic services. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Fordham University in the Bronx, New York prior to working in radiology and neuropsychological cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. She then earned her Master’s degree in Psychology and Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida. Dr. Fatovic completed her clinical internship at the Bruce W. Carter VA Medical Center in Miami, Florida, where she conducted comprehensive psychological assessments, intensive outpatient therapy, bedside therapy for physical rehabilitation, psychosocial and substance abuse rehabilitation, and law enforcement outreach. She completed her post-doctoral residency in a Southwest Florida private practice setting, where she provided individual therapy, couples therapy, and psychodiagnostic assessment. She also engaged in community outreach with local fire departments and worked with first responders and their families in therapy and assessment.
