Breath Deeply….
A Mindfulness Exercise
- Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
- Take a deep breath in through your nose, hold for a moment, and slowly exhale through your mouth.
- Visualize and sense your peaceful place.
- As you inhale, imagine breathing in calm and relaxation.
- As you exhale, release any tension, pain, sadness or stress.
- After a few breaths, slowly open your eyes and take a moment to notice how you feel.
